McDonalds promote its hiring campaigne to get new employee and
their banner post like this "want to be a part of a dynamic team, friendly and employee loving company. But what about this, when you get hired in McDonalds PRC in Makati, I saw one of their male manager wearing a white polo yelling in their staff and almost to be a like incredible hulk on his state of angriness. it is right to yale your staff in front of the customer like that. I feel very pity when i saw that situation, the staff eyes got weary and almost to cry, bt that manager continue to yale, and he almost ask for a fight with that staff. is that right or your poster is the one that is wrong, maybe the hiring poster goes like this--"be a part of our rude, unhuman team and get yale by your manager everyday in front of the customer, they will pay you to work not to be treated like that. so if you are one of the patrons of McDonalds PRC Makati brach, who eat there everyday, think of it, everytime you enter their door and take your line to the counter to purchase your favorite McDonalds meal, you saw the sweet smile of those counter person there greets you and glance at you, but deep inside their heart is troubled mind, bothered by the presence of their rude manager. think of it like this, one your children work there, maltreatened by their manager, what can you feel, your son get hired and get a scheduled for work for only 2 days a week and bad things on this is to be shouted by your heartless manager. think of it..
McDonalds have their charity to help people, but a hell for their employee....

try to eat at this branch and witness for your self what things happen..

How much did the licence extension cost?
How much more is spent on labour?
How much more on utilities (after all HVAC, vats and grills aren't cheap)
and other running costs.

Wonder how much these dent the 4.5 - 6% of an average store?
