Our Head Office (with obviously a little too much time on their hands - shocker!) have asked all stores, through the medium of the weekly Operations Update, hand round a petition demanding OED change the definition of McJob in the Dictionary.

Now I personally am in favour of the change of definition, it does my crew no justice especially those who are going through the management training system.

Just one small hurdle to overcome. Been passing it round work and I keep getting one question from my crew,

"What's a McJob?"
